Soulful Shift

Balance With Hooves created a spiritual life coaching program called “Soulful Shift” designed to help women and teens transform their lives by altering how they act on a deeper level. This is a discovery journey, and is life-changing because a spiritual life leads to a successful life. It has the purpose of helping women and teens become self-aware by venturing deep into human wellness. As a Soulfluencer, I will harness spiritual growth by encouraging the women to love themselves and shatter limiting beliefs that hold them back and negatively impact their lives. I go beyond daily routines, weekly goals, and monthly reviews. I use a holistic strategy that helps women and teens connect with their inner selves in order to sustain the changes they will implement in their lives. This program brings women from not knowing who they are and why they are here to an alignment of their inner spiritual life with their outer life ... a soul led life. This is a live or online virtual spiritual life coaching program that aims at connecting you with your true authentic self, find your truth and inner light, so you can create intimacy with yourself to live a soul-led life. This program gives you live coaching sessions with me in a group, exercises and home funwork, meditations, access to a free group membership, ongoing email support during the program. Each lesson guides you step-by-step to the alchemist in you. You are guided to peel the layers that cover you, directing you "back "home" to your true and divine essence doing the deep healing work of uncovering your truth that is wanting to be freed from these layers of fear and darkness. You need to be committed, ready to take ownership of your life and step into your own power with action. By doing this journey, you have given your sacred YES to your higher-self and source.
