ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ

In the time with the herd and I, I guarantee ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ.

Guarantees of an experience is very edgy. But after 9 years of facilitating horse wisdom, I haven’t come across anyone who hasn’t had an experience of becoming ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴ.

That it be a glimmer of it or a full on

꧁ ꪖꫝ-ꫝꪖ ꧂moment experience … there is awareness occurring every time.

The ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ that I am referring to is what occurs towards past traumas, experiences, current realities, etc. something about themselves and/or people they never acknowledged before that comes to light.

From there they have a choice to make: to create a change or continue as they are. So the awareness is in the form of thought and feeling! (Mind & Body)

For a few months now, I’ve begun to understand ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ in a totally different way.

After a lot of reading on consciousness I’ve discovered a deeper level of ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ.

The difference is between ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ that people experience in being with the herd and I and ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ as a state if being. Being aware that you are aware of the now. Just like horses are in total ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ as a state of ᗷᗴIᑎᘜ.

I understand & practice mindfulness and being in the present moment just as the horses are not in their thoughts… they are in their awareness of the moment. In their presence they inspire us to be as well. For us humans, we need to consciously become aware ... for them they don't need to "make it happen"; it just is.

However, recently I’ve pushed the limit in practicing ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ by asking myself often times throughout the day: “Are you aware that you are aware?” It now has become automatic that I ask this question because me ~ as a being of awareness (you are as well) ~ my awareness is aware that I’m not aware and it brings me back to being ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ. Not me as my thoughts or body but me as ᗩᗯᗩᖇᗴᑎᗴᔕᔕ.

I know only a few will grasp this concept… but I may make a few curious or say to themselves: “She’s completely lost it”. 🙃

I say to you: we are not what we think and feel we are. We are so much more.

This is freedom in it's purest form.
